Hello, My name is Troy Sullivan, owner of SIG Property Maintenance.  I am a long time Scott County Iowa resident.  I retired early from the Sheriff's office and started my company.  In addition to my duties of Corrections Officer, Transport Officer and Bailiff, I volunteered my time to the citizens of Scott County as a Deputy Sheriff, on the Sheriff's Reserve unit for over 17 years.  I volunteered and participated with the Quad Cities Law Enforcement Officer's Memorial for over 7 years and served as it's past President.  I also volunteered for my children's school as a board member of Morning Star Academy in Bettendorf Iowa.  It's no wonder as I type this that I see how I want to continue to serve in other ways.  I work along side my wife Bandi Sullivan.  With her 20 plus years in Property Management, her vast knowledge of running properties, serving residents and working with contractors we make a solid team.  We are a family owned company and our employee's and our clients are part of that family.

Our company currently operates 3 divisions.

• We assist businesses, HOA's, apartment communities and residential customers with property maintenance.  We currently contract with the largest QC apartment community with painting services, 
• Property Management.- HOA and Community management  
• We also provide lawn care services to businesses, home owners associations, apartment communities and residential customers. This includes mowing, trimming, landscape and provide snow removal for them,  We provide services for senior housing also.

You can choose any company to assist you with any of these services, but you will find we provide several services in one stop. It would be our pleasure to partner with you and assist in any way we can, on any of your property management, maintenance or lawn care needs.
